Description: well I use most ingrediants from save a lot
grocers as they are good store to buy from lol and there name says it all.
This is a mexican pizza recipe, that well i dont know if theres an
actual recipe for it, I made this without a recipe lol. It is a
simple not much to do recipe.
Ingredients: 2 save alot pizza dough packages 1 can of
tomatoes and green chili's 1lb of Ground Beef 1 can of black
olives 1 can of enchilada sauce 2 bags of shredded chedder ( I
like chedder use what you like)
Toppings 1 container of sour
cream 1 jar of salsa or taco bell packs
Directions: ok you will cook this pizza as far as baking it
exactly to the directions on the back of the pizza dough packages.
make your pizza dough and set aside in bowl for few minutes as
directed on package then start your hamburger cooking and brown it fully I
dont use taco seasoning its not easy on my stomach so I use soul food
seasoning lightly and then drain the can of tomatoes and green chili's and
drain the grease off the beef then mix with the tomatoes and green chilis
you may also mix part of the black olives if you like with the beef and
tomatoes. well back to you dough I use a 9x13 greased pan to spread
dough in. spread a decent layer of enchilada sauce over the dough
and then add the meat mixture then pour some more enchilada sauce over the
meat you can add rest of black olives now or on very top whichever you
like then cover with cheese and if you wanna sprinkle any more toppings
left over on top such as black olives and meat and enchilada sauce. Cook
for amount of time on pizza dough package and then let set for 5 minutes
at least, its really hot, and then cut and serve topped with sour cream,
of coarse you could add any thing to this to zest it up for you and your
family if you decide to make it. Its good though and definatly
filling!
(Nacho type chips optional to through in there if you
want)
