Description: This is a recipe
where you spend lots of time stirring
Ingredients: 1/3 c sugar 2 tbsp
corn starch 1/8 tsp salt 2 c milk 1/2 c bakers
cocoa 2 egg yolks (slightly beaten) 2 tbsp butter 2
tsp vanilla
Directions: firstly slightly
beat 2 egg yolks in a bowl and set aside til ready in a good
size sauce pan mix sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and salt in sauce
pan gradually stir in milk cook medium stirring constantly,
until thick and boils, boil & stir for 1 min. then
gradually stir some of the hot mixture in the eggs quickly (so
eggs dont start to cook) then mix egg mixture back into pan.
boil and stir for 1 min remove from heat and stir in butter
& vanilla. Refridgerate for 2 hours
