BBQ'd Chicken (oven style) baked with bacon, brown sugar, bush's baked beans and about a bottle of orginal open pit topped with a sprinkle of Chedder finely grated
Ingredients:
1 bottle of open pit
1 package of boneless chicken (approx 6 pieces)
1 half a pack of bacon
1 can of bush's baked beans (partially drained)
1/2 cup of shredded chedder
3/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
layer pan with enough tin foil to bring up and wrap around all the food in pan, layout chicken in a 13x9 pan and completely cover chicken with bacon then sprinkle the brown sugar over the bacon and pour most the bottle of open pit over each piece of chicken then add the beans around the chicken. Bake in oven for about 45 min on 375 with the top sealed up. open the chicken fold down the tin foil and sprinkle the chedder on top and then bake for about 10-15 more minutes til the chedder & bacon looks crispy to your liking. Serve with macaroni salad and any other items you enjoy with a BBQ'd meal.
